How To Control Low Sugar Episodes 3-4 Hours After Breakfast?
For the past 4 years I have been experiencing weird low sugar episodes in the morning about 3-4 hours after breakfast and this past year they have become gradually worse that it's starting in the afternoon 2 hours after lunchtime. I had my gallbladder removed in 2006. Since then I had my third child and struggled to lose the weight and now put back on gradually. After my first two children weight dropped off losing 4 stones with both within the year. Is there a connection between having my gallbladder removed, my weight gain due eating too much to control the low sugar episodes????.
You must get your glucose tolerance test done and investigated in detail for any problems of the pancreas. It is important that you consult an endocrinologist and get investigated for the cause of your low sugar episodes. Regarding diet, you need to follow a balanced diet after discussing with your dietitian. Gall bladder removal usually doesnt cause weight increase.
