How To Control Rapid Heart Beat?
My heartrate typically runs in the 90s. Sometimes it will start racing. Right now I am on 3meds for HPylori and my heart has been racing pretty constantly. Is there a natural remedy for slowing it down. I have been reading that Aloe Vera gel can and also Magnesium. Are these safe to try?
