I have a slightly elevated sgot and slightly low thyroid function. I do not have a gallbladder and have recently lost 45 lbs. I have been having chronic yellow loose stools and pain in my abdominal that radiates to my back. I don't have reflux. Help.

Slight elevation of SGOT may be due to hypothyroidism itself.Treatment of the hypothyroidism is all that required.Constipation is more common in thyroid deficiency but diarrhoea if there is due to overgrowth of bacteria due to reduced intestinal motility.
