How To Control Sugar Level Caused By Gestational Diabetes?
i have gestational diabetes and my range is usually between 4-6 mmol/L but when i tested it 2 hours after my supper ( im supposed to do it 2 hours after breakfast lunch and dinner and as soon as i wake up for fasting ) the meter read 8.7 the highest reading i have received so far! im scared since this is the first time i had gestational diabetes and im on disability and have no money till the end of the month. how can i bring my sugar level down to the 6.6 mmol/L or lower like it should be at?
