Hello there, From the readings it appears that your sugars are well under control infact on the lower side. it would have helped to know your age and if you have any other complications of diabetes like kidney related or heart related. If no other complications are there and you are about 50-60 years of age then you can try to discuss with your doctor and reduce the doses or change to another drug like Metformin which does not cause hypoglycemia usually. There is no need for such strict checking of blood sugars and only fasting and after 2 hours of food is enough for you once in 7-10 days. You can try to change the timing of checking to before lunch and after lunch on some days. If you feel hypoglycemia symptoms like giddiness, sweating, anxiety check your sugars at that exact time. If it less than 70 then it is documented hypoglycemia and you can probably stop your night doses as that can be dangerous if low sugars occur while you are asleep. So do discuss these things with your diabetologist who can start you on Metformin if the condition is appropriate. Always carry a ID and address card with you. Also a sugar candy while you are out as it will help avoid any emergency. Hope this helps. Take care.
