How To Control The ALT Levels Through Diet?
Dear sir. I have high level of ALT,AST . I dont have any hobis .no alcohal and no etc.. Before 6 mnts i have this problam and HbsAg Negative. But its rise ALT.80,AST 50.so i can used Hepamerz tablet for 2 mnts. Recently i changed my country for job . Here food the company giveng high protein food . Below one week i done my test ALT 102,AST 55. SO i want control my Alt ,ast levels . How to control with deit. Here Hepamerz tablets are not available .please can give me some other composition medicine Right now iam staying in kuwait.

You can not control alt and ast by diet.dont worry about them level of your alt and ast is not that high so that you should worry. If they are raised more than 3 timea the normal than you should go for checkup.and there are many reaion for raised ast alt other than liver problem so if ypu dnt have any complain and other investigation are normal than there is no need to worry about ast nd alt little high.
