How To Control The Spreading Wart?

My daughter age four has warts I'm told because she was inoculated for chicken pox. They are spreading and we have been so careful eg showers, medication band aides on lesions ect. Is this a virus inside her body or are they spreading from contact. Is there anything else that can be done?

Thanks for the query.
Warts are caused by the human papillomavirus family, are contagious, spreads rapidly.
Using a home treatment such as salicylic acid for local application only on affected area or duct tape.
Putting a stronger medicine on the wart, or getting a shot of medicine in it.
Freezing the wart (cryotherapy).
Removing the wart with surgery (electrosurgery, curettage, laser surgery).
Hope i helped you.
