Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The weight gain is may be due to increased intake of calories, or decreased physical activity or other endocrine problems or other abnormalities like cardiac or renal problems may lead to weight gain.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor as he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
