How To Correct Behavioral Issues In Kids?

My child is 12 years old and he is out of control, he is hyper, sneaky, has no emotions when he has done something wrong and doesn't seem to understand that his actions have consequences he just thinks that what he is doing is normal, do you have any suggestions what could be wrong with him?

Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
If such a child is brought to my clinic then I would like to evaluate him for ADHD, Oppositional defiance disorder and conduct disorder.
He may benefit with cognitive behavioural therapy and psychosocial counselling. I would suggest you make sure that his undesired behaviour has a definite consequence for him. If he has ADHD then medications will help him control his impulsive behaviour.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank you.
