How To Count The First Day Of Menstrual Cycle?
When asked the question of the first day of your mentrual cycle, which one would be counted as the first day? I started spotting on 01/09/2014 but I had my full blown mentrual cycle on 01/11/2014. Which one would be the first day? The 9th when I started spotting or the 11th when it came full force?

I appreciate your concern, if you do have the normal bleeding and it was just spotting for day then this is not the menses bleeding so the counting this day as first day of menses is out of the question, it should be normal bleeding long lasting a week or some times 10 days with the period of 28 days (3 days - or +) hope this information helps you have nice day.
