How To Cover Up For Vitamin D Deficiency?

I'm 59, F, suffer from blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholestrol. Recently after elevated blood pressure levels, I've been sick for nearly 2 months. These days, I don't have any energy, feel heavy back pain, have shivering, and sometimes my hands turn red after eating. I've been found to have Vitamin D deficiency, but didn't start to take anything for that.

For vit d deficiency best thing is to expose your self to sunlight. some of good dietary sources of vit D are milk and dairy products, egg, fish,cod liver oil ,soya products and vit d fortified cereals.
Consume healthy diabetic supplements which provides with needed energy and nutrients and also keeps sugars stable like Glucerna sr.Try to cut down on sodium in your diet.consume less than half teaspoon of salt in a day.
