How To Cure A Cut Below Penis Head?

I have a cut on my penis below the head and on the circumcised area. It won t completely heal. It continues to tear after it appears to be ok. I received the wound during a prolonged sexual evening. What will make it heal? Ive heard Desitin and neosporin.

The cut maybe actually allergy or a sensitive skin area on your penis. To help the area heal I recommend using hydrocortisone cream once daily to help the healing process.
