How To Cure A Fever Of About 102-104?

My daughter is almost 10 months old and has 8 teeth. Every month for the past 3 months she has had a week long fever, anywhere from 102-104, that ends with her in pain, shoving her hands in her mouth. Her sed rate was taken while she was well...it was 8. It was taken again when she had a fever, and it was 73. Her pediatrician swears that high fevers and an elevated sed rate are not related to teething, but I'm wondering if she could be the exception to the rule...your thoughts?
