How To Cure A Growing Red Circle On The Thigh Which Has Now Become Yellowish?

I have a red circle on the front of my thigh. It started out the size of a dime and now it is the size of a quarter. It was dry at first but than it got yellow kind of like pus but it didn t seem like that. It is sore to touch. I ve had it about a month.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having tinea infection on thigh.
due to itching with nails there might be having bacterial infection leading to pus formation.
Apply triple acting cream for few days.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
