Hi I have a small red spot that is visible to on the head of my penis it is red and has a distinct silver colour at the tip of the spot I t is on its own it appeared yesterdsy as I shaved off one forcydyce spot I have and has turned into that it is not itchy just a tiny bit sore sometimes
