How To Cure A Lump Noticed On The Right Testicle?

I am a 27 year old male, weighing 66kg and am 173cm tall. I noticed a lump on my left testicle 2 years ago and went to the doctor, got an ultrasound and was diagnosed with cysts. Recently, I noticed another lump in the right testicle alot smaller, but harder and it moves around. I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound of my scrotum last week and the sonographer also scanned my kidneys (even though it wasn't ordered). The hospital just rang me asking me to come in and discuss my results, I explained I have a doctors appointment in a couple of days to which they stated that that was ok then. Now, I am left in a state of worry. What could be wrong with me?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read facts of your query and reviewed it in context to your query health issues.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Spermatocele with Hydatid Cyst of Morgagni of Testes-which could be mobie as in your case.
TVH (Hydrocele)and other possibilities need to be ruled out by Second opinion from Urologist.
There could be any accompanied ailment in Kidney which went un-noticed as it is asymptomatic, Or could be just a follow up call to collect your reports.
Just don't worry till you verify with your attending doctors.

Other causes like discussed above need to be ruled out.

Check with Good Urological Center and plan for better options as above.

Treatment-
Right Lump Cure is possible by-
Excision of the Spermatocele Cyst/ or TVH.
Corrective antibiotic cover for treating chronic epididymitis / prostatitis if need be , need to be planned for better long term results.

-Other causes need to be verified as the facts may be different what you submitted.

-For this Second opinion from UroSurgeon is needed who would do proper investigation after proper physical assessment to resolve your health issues.

-for early recovery-please follow above do's which would resolve your issues.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
