I have a lump above my right ear that is achey. When pressure is applied it is more painful, it also seems stationary not much movement. There are no visible signs of redness or swelling and no itching. I just noticed this yesterday afternoon but I have been having problems with my right ear for the last year itching, pressure like it's plugged tinnitus. I have not had any head or ear trauma.
