I have noticed in the last month a small flesh tone "pimple" like bump on my nipple - right near the center.. it is hard - and nothing comes out of it when squeezed.. no pain is associated with it either.. just looks strange. I am in my mid 40's .. and never have had any issues with my breast - including my first mammogram coming back "normal"... is this possibly a skin tag?? can it be removed?
