How To Cure A Stye In Eyes, Redness And Dark Circles Around?

I had a stye in my eye (or a bump i'm not sure if it's a stye anymore) for 4 years, I tried eyes drops like Visine and Similason but it's still there...I have history of allergies and eczema around my eyes and I believe my eczema flaking caused my eyes to water and tear so much and combined causes dark circles around my eyes...The eczema is not there anymore, but my eyes are still watery and on occasion turns red and the bump is still there...how can I get rid of my eye problems.

Sty is to be treated by appellation, pus along with eye lash will come out. After this procedure , you can apply neosporine eye ointment on lid margin. For watering punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done for 3times.
