How To Cure Bruise On The Right Temple Which Looks Black Now?

Hi, I hit my head cleaning the house on Saturday just above my right temple. I had no sign of any bruising whatsoever, and then Sunday night I was sick to my stomach (diarrhea ) and Monday morning my eye starting turning black... and it's progressively getting worse.

Should I considered an MRI

Hi,head injury with temporal bruise does not need any investigation but in your case , you are developing black eyes .

A black eye is the appearance of bruising around the eyes.

A black eye is usually the result of trauma to the head or face.

It results in bleeding beneath the skin, which causes discoloration or bruising. Most black eyes are not serious, but sometimes can be an indicator of a medical emergency like a skull fracture

So you are advised to do CT head and to consult neurosurgeon. Thanks
