How To Cure Calcified Granulomas In Mid Lung Field?

hi my doctor told me that i have a calcified granulomas both mid lungs field after my X-ray. How do i cure this? My doctor did not allowed me to work in middle east because of this. i am applying as Quality Control Engineer but it seems i cant go abroad. pls help.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Calcified granuloma is suggestive of old healed lesion due to previous lung infection.
It is scar tissue and can not be removed.
But for your visa purpose, we have to prove that these lesions are inactive, healed scar.
And for this you need to consult pulmonologist and get done CT thorax and bronchoscopy with BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis.
If both are negative for active infection, you can argue with visa authority about not having active, infectious disease, and your calcified lesion on chest x ray is old, inactive, healed scar.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
