I am experiencing cedar fever and have developed anew symptom for me over the last two weeks which consist of itching my eyes, right on the edge of my eyelids. Now I am feeling something weird in my eye like there is something in it. I wear my contacts a lot as well. I do use eye drops for allergies too.

Cedar fever is an allergic reaction to the cedar pollen crop flying in the air, as you are allergic to cedar pollen you are having these symptoms. You are having a classical symptoms of pollen allergic reaction.For these you need to avoid these allergen.
I would suggest you to undergo patch test for the cedar pollen and confirm the allergic reaction to the cedar pollen after confirming the allergic reaction you need to take immunotherapy.
You can select either subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) or sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) for your condition. Thank you.
