How To Cure Chest Pain?

Hi doctor I from india.my mother in law had a severe chest pain . We took her to a cardiologist and had a ecg and 2d echo. 2d echo report says Normal. But doctor Had kept her under observation with oxygenator. With RL and 5D and enoxaparin sodium injection once in a day

thanks for your query.
From your history it is clear to me that your doctors are not able to fetch any specific diagnosis rather going for conservative management. Severe chest pain in acute care setting may be due to acute myocardial infection, pulmonary embolism, unstable angina, pneumothorax which I think your doctors will exclude one by one. As 2-D echocardiography is normal then chance of myocardial infarction is low which is most life threatening among the causes I listed. Don't worry. As she is already admitted in an acute care facility diagnosis and management will be done accordingly.
