How To Cure Dark Bruise On Hip And Back?

Hey. I have a bruise, like the size of a 25cent, maybe a little bit bigger, right above my right hip bone. It is very dark. I also notices that i have another bruise like 6 inches upward (middle right back) this one has less color than the other one please help
