How To Cure Dark Colored Lips?

Hello, I really need help. My lips have gotten really dark due to dryness. They have been like this for liek a year or 2. i have tried everything. i donot smoke. i have tried, perolium jelly, blistex, carmex, fade cream, i tried expholiating the skin, lemon juice, even honey. it still has not return back to irs regular color please help
