How To Cure Dizziness And Nausea After Hitting The Head?

i am 37 male, 5'11" 210 lbs. i hit the top of my head with a t-post driver really hard two days ago. a little dizzy after it happened so I layed down in the field for about 10 minutes bu them kept working the rest of the day and yesterday too. This morning after I got up I was sitting in my chair and when I close my eyes and lift my arms up I get really dizzy and nauseous. WHat should i do?

That is head injury due to RTA with persistent nausea and dizzeness for 2 days. you didnt mention your speed,seatbelt, air bags if deployed ? damage of the vehicle, any other person injured.
I still advice you to have urgent CT Brain scan in ED.
