Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I think I have an eating disorder I had these behaviors for 5 months now. Im 5 4 and my lowest weight is 97.8lbs and my highest (regular) wieght 112 lbs. I restrict and get frantic if I eat over 1000 cals when I binged and I count calories. If I dont I get depressed/ frantic that I dont know how many calories Ive consumed. I purged once and for as short time I tried to eat regularly but I gained so much weight so I started restricting again and I need to get back to 100 lbs then to 93 lbs. Do you think I have an eating disorder?
