How To Cure Excruciating Pain On The Right Rib?
Hi, I have been diagnosed with an ulcer for which I'm being treated with omeprazole 20mg,but I seem to have an excruciating pain in my right rib running up to my shoulder which doesn't seem to subside, gall stones ultrasound d negative. Don't know what to do.many thanks

In peptic ulcer pain can radiate to ribs shoulder and back. In severe pain cases a perforation should be ruled out by an x ray. So it is better to have a consultation with gasteroenterologist or general surgeon to rule out that.Hope this may help you.
