How To Cure Frequent Urination And Mild Flank Pain Due To UTI?
I have had symptoms of uti every month since last July when I went to doc to be treated. I was prescribed antibiotics and it ran it s course. Since then I have been taking cranberry supplements daily for bladder health. However at least once a month I get recurrent symptoms. Mainly frequently urination. Day and night along with pressure and a little flank pain. I don t drink Alot of fluids. I never have however out of the 3 drinks I have a day it s mostly soda. I drink tea sometimes. I don t drink anything else ever. I m worried about uti scenario. I have only had 1 other uti before these reassurances and that was in 2011 after I had a baby. What do I do now?
The uti and other kidney problems can be avoided by high fluid intake (which you are not doing). Other causes of frequent uti are related to structural problems with kidney, ureter and bladbladder.
You need to under go ULTRASOUND SCAN of excretory system to rule out any structural defects. Even during delivery of baby defects may happen and continue to manifest as UTI. Meanwhile increase water intake and pass urine frequently to avoid prolonged stay in bladder. Visit urologist to better follow up.
I wish you a faster and smooth recovery.
