How To Cure Irregular Periods And PCO Problem?
My last menstural cycle 19 Nov to 23 Nov. After that I got period on 14 of this month. I have checked for pergencency but it was negative. My doctor ask to take T. regesterone 10 mg for night from 16th day of this period to 25th.
Already I have PCOs problems. For the last two years I got regular periods, after getting marriage (by june of this year) there will be irregular.....
pls advise

Hello there!
irregular periods are due to PCOS unless it is treated forget about regularity and fertility. so start with losing weight, good ADA diet, consider yourself diabetic, OCPs and fibrous diet with constant touch with gynecologist. Consult fertlity specialist if necessary
