How To Cure Irritation At The Front Base Of The Throat?
Good day.I have been having an irritation at the front base of my throat that centralizes upon the left side of my throat. I am not sure what to make of it. Please advise if this is anything to be alarmed over. Taking into consideration also that I suffer from chronic headaches that have been left undiagnosed ( I think they are genetic as my mother also suffers from the same ailment)
There are different causes for sore throat, the most common are: (1) acute infection (2)post nasal drip (3)allergies (4)very severe reflux (5)lesion/mass in the throat
In most cases, the pain is not due to any severe condition and this is likely the case for you but if you remain concerned then you should see an ENT specialist for assessment.
The headaches are not likely related, if there is a family history of headaches, may be due to migraines.
I hope this helps
