How To Cure Itchy Rashes On Stomach?

Hi my 76 yr old mom developed an itchy rash on her stomach about 1 month ago. The bump starts off as almost invisible, but then becomes a bit bigger and is very itchy. Then it subsides but other ones started surfaciing on part of her body.... back, thighs, arm etc. It is very itchy.
