How To Cure Itchy Rashes Which Lead To Bleeding?

I'm a pharmacist. Recently I have seen 2 patients (one a 30-old, man another a 42-old woman) both with painful itchy rash which leads to a bad bleeding as they itch that. The wound takes almost 10-14 days to become a scar which remains. I 'd like u to give me more information about the possible sickness. Thank u so much!
