Hi,

As dengue doesn't last longer it is only a matter of time to pass. Having food which is good in nutrition and doing deep breathing exercises will help improve the overall health status. For pain in joints to come down one needs to perform simple exercises which help the joint to not become stiff and muscles to become flexible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
