How To Cure Lewybodies Dementia?

Hi, my mother has deteriated greatly over the last 12 months,specialist fairly sure she has lewybodies dementia. Has been made alot worse,l feel because of the drugs her doctor had her on. She is currently on,aspirin,coltrate,thiamine,paroxetine,bisoprolol aripiprazole. Are these drugs a safe combination for lewybodies? She has been on many antiphycotic drugs over the last 12 months and the result of these has made the disease progress very fast,very bad tremor,depression,weight loss and unable to do anything now unaided hence now going into high level care nursing home. I constantly worry about the medications she is administered.can you advise me on this please.
