As you stated that you are having MINOR i.e. mild
bronchiectasis and it is reported from
X RAY & C T SCAN .
Mild bronchiectasis has following findings:
Rattly
cough, sputum production of > 10 ml/ day, change of position may cause sputum production, may cause mild
hemoptysis , well patient .
Tests are for MILD FORM .
High resolution C T ( HRCT ) Scan.
HRCT is the defining test for bronchiectasis .
CHEST X RAY :
Following finding are suspicious but NON-DIAGNOSTIC findings.
Linear
atelectasis , dilated & thickened airways & irregular opacities representing mucopurulent plugs.
I mentioned in DETAIL findings of X RAY , so that you could get answer of your question.
I am sorry to say that these finding will remain forever and till date there is no scientific way which can remove these from Xray.
Opacities are forever but rests clear after treatment .
