ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Ear discharge can be due to multiple causes like:

1) Tympanic membrane perforation
2) Otitis externa
3) Wet wax (resembles discharge)
4) Otomycosis (fungal infection)

Precautions are:

1) Avoid enter of water into ears
2) Avoid use of ear buds

Please visit nearby ENT specialist, get your daughters ears examined and start the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naidu N Lalitha Lavanya
