How To Cure Muscular Pain

Hi, I am 13 years old, and I had muscular pains, so I took a nurofen zavance tablet, dry, (I only took one) and about a minute later I felt a burning sensation in the front of my throat and so I drank water and milk and it only helped for about 5 minutes, I have never been allergic to anything.

this is normal side effect for the drug your taking which is ibuprofen
avoid it and switch to another type of analgesic
