How To Cure Nose Bleed Caused Due To An Injury?
My 1yo boy fell down the stairs yesterday he cried hysterically for a few minutes and then wanted to play again he showed no signs of being hurt or unwell but the filling morning about 20 hours later we went to check on him and he had a nose bleed in his sleep his bed sheet was covered in blood he has had nose bleeds in the past not sure what I need to do though please advise

You have to observe the baby for 48 hours for
Vomting
Altered consciousness
Convulsions.
If any of the above symptoms occur within 48 hours then you have to see the doctor immediately .
Otherwise nothing to worry.
