i had undergone micro disectonomy in 2008 was having pain in rt foot heavyness i was advised surgey then but after surger i didnt got relife but instead i got numbness in rt foot but last month i got pain in lowerback in when it became unbearable i went to spine sugren where he adviced me for mri which shows that there is " (1)diffuse posterior bluge of L4 L5 disc indenting thecal sac encroaching neural formen.(2) diffuse posterior bluge of L5 S1 disc right paracentral extrusion with slight inferior migration compressing right budding nerve root encroaching right neural foramen.mild facetal arthopathy seen at this level(Rt>Lt).
