How To Cure Pain During Bowel Movement Post Fistulotomy?
Hi I had a fistulotomy 10 days ago, I am still in a lot of pain after bowel movement, all advice I read is about keeping stools soft but I am find this the problem as stools getting on wound (fistula opened right up to anus) cleaning anus and would hurts immensely.

This is common problem after some time of this procedure.
If passing stool is hard then it give hard friction on operated site producing more pain or some bleeding as well.
Take laxative like Crimaffin daily at night so that there is softening of stool and easy evacuation smoothly.
Take antiseptic lotion tub bath daily which will clean local part and avoids infection.
Ok and take care.
