I slipped on ice and had a cut on the right side of my forehead around 12 days back. I had 3 stitches. After 6 days, I started to have pain whenever I move my right jaw, a feeling of ulcer near the tongue which is making me difficult to chew on the right side of my mouth. I also have a stretching pain in my neck which aches whenever I swallow. Should I see a doctor or will it resolve automatically? P.S: My stitches were removed 2 days back and the wound is almost healed.
