the bridge and sides of nose are painful when touch or when blowing my nose. I woke up like this two days ago. there is slight swelling and some redness, but i did nothing to cause an injury. it feels like I was hit on my nose. I realize this sounds ridiculous...reason i didnt call my own PCP
Hi, Welcome to HCM. I have read your history carefully. You didn't mention if there is any nasal congestion, fever or change in resonance of your voice. You may be suffering from sinusitis and congestion of para nasal sinuses leading to pain in that area. Try with some nasal decongestants like wickoryl tablet along with steam inhalation. If you have fever or thick nasal discharge, you may need antibiotics as well. I hope this will be helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for your question. Take care.
