hi im 21, 198cm tall, 95kg.

i have a pain in the top of my right butt check. it does not hurt to touch or anything its jsut a jolting pain when i try stand up straight or lean back. once im warmed up for the day it seems to not be so bad but when i finish work i come home and lie down all afternoon though it would be good to rest it but i think it seems to be doing more bad than good all this rest time as its been 5 days now
