How To Cure Persistent Twitches Or Fluttering Near The Anus As The Antidepressants I Take Have Bad Withdrawal Effects?

This is embarrassing but I have persistent twitches or fluttering near my anus. It's very disconcerting and annoying like an itch I can't scratch and is driving me crazy. I'm in the middle of a nightmare of having tried four different antidepressants in six months. All of them having bad withdrawal and side effects. I'm currently reducing my dose (yet again) on duloxitine. I sometimes experience a hypersensitivity during withdrawal could this be related and is there anything I can do to stop it?
