How To Cure Pimple Like Itchy Cluster All Over Back, Shoulders, Chest?

Hi Matthew, I have a pimple like cluster that s itches all over my back, shoulders, chest and elbows. Levaquin didn t work and an oral steroid didn t help. Flucinide topical hasn t helped and now I m on doxycycline. It s continuing to spead more each day

You seem to have developed acneiform lesions over the back and chest.
These lesions typically affect the upper body especially the hairy areas with more oil production.
You might need regular treatment with anti topical and oral anti acne agents.
You are currently on doxycycline which is a good anti acne agent.
In addition you might need to apply topical anti acne agents.
You should see a nearby dermatologist soon for proper prescription.
