How To Cure Pre- Diabetes Condition ?

Hello, if a 56 year old male has been diagnosed 6 months ago with prediabetes but now has been having 2 min episodes of confusion, and difficulty recalling words, his BG is high, LDLs are high, and has resting pulse of 52bpm.....what causes the pulse to be at 52 which is so slow?

The condition i derive from your question is that this person who was in prediabetes has now developed diabetes with high blood sugars. is it so?
Confusion is rarely associated with diabetes. Resting pulse rate of 52 may come under the category of physiological bradycardia or may be drug induced like taking some antihypertensives. I would need a more detailed medical history to come to a conclusion. If the bradycardia is symptomatic it is better to have a cardiology consultation..
