How To Cure Rashes Causing Burning And Itching Sensation On Face,neck And Chest?

My daughter has an itchy rash on part of her face, neck and chest that burns a little. Came up since last night. Says she hasn t eaten anything different or used different soap, make-up, etc. I think it is an allergic reaction to something, not sure what. No fever, sniffles, or other sick feelings. Thoughts?
