How To Cure Rashes On Knees, Lower Legs, Thighs, Arms?
I have had a rash for a week now. It started on the inside of my knees. Now it is spreading onto my lower legs and thighs and my arms and back of the hands. It s not itchy just raised bumps. I am taking medication but I have been taking this medication for 3 months.

I can understand your problem
It could be psoriasis. I would highly recommend get a near by dermatologist's opinion or send us photographs.Because its a chronic condition and will not resolve with local treatment.There are specific management guidelines for every stage of its management, and i don think that would be possible to discuss on internet.
