I was lifting weights, doing Squats last week, rather heavy ones for me. The next day, on the left side of my spine, beneath the rib cage and below my lat muscle and shoulder blade, I have a sharp pain... Hard sleeping, hard moving, the only place I m comfortable is in the sitting, slightly leaning back with an electric blanket on hot underneath me... A massage therapist said it may be a Separated rib... What can I do for this? I can t get to a Dr for 4 days, and cannot lie down to sleep...
